Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Order Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled until the purchased items are packaged and ready for shipment. If an order has been paid for and a change or cancellation is required, the buyer must contact Karei within 12 hours of order placement to request the desired order modifications. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our foremost priority. Therefore, refunds or re-shipments can be requested for products ordered if:
- The order was not received within the guaranteed delivery time (15 business days after the purchase date, including processing and packaging);
- Any items from an order were received wrong;
- The product size or fitment was not as desired (items must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and the panty protective strip intact to qualify for a refund)
Karei will not issue a refund if:
- The order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time due to factors outside of Karei’s control, including:
- Incorrect shipping address is provided
- Package is damaged during shipment due to post office mishandling
- Package is lost or stolen
- Delays in post office delivery times
- The item or items for which the refund was requested are perceived as used and/or have missing or damaged store tags.
*Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 business days) has expired by sending a message to support@shopkarei.com. Refund requests must include the order number, date of purchase, reason for refund, and any backup information that help explain the item’s condition. Karei will review and evaluate the refund request for completeness, and formerly respond within 2 business days of the request being submitted. If the refund request is approved, a refund will be processed for the refund amount within 14 days.
